In my experience over the years I have had outstanding service from Premier Sports, I've only had to contact them once or twice and they've been fantastic and sorted out my issue, a big shout to KATE @ Premier Sports for helping me, and a massive thank you to Premier Sports as a whole for still being the only place to watch NASCAR in HD every week.

Emailed customer service with a request about my subscription, mildly hopeful of getting a response in a few days as per other company's response times, but reply came within 10 minutes and request sorted. Great service (and on a Saturday). Also, both app and TV work perfectly and Rugby League coverage is excellent.

App doesn't work. Game we wanted to watch started 25 minutes in. Waste of money.

Customer service colleagues were very helpful in ending my subscription, including resolving payment issues. Responses were very prompt.

The panic set in as the time of England Australia approached I sent the email getting desperate and David sorted it out for me within minutes. Many thanks.

I got an email from the company to say they were unable to collect the monthly payment. I rang them and they were able to sort it our quite quickly. The agent, Alex, was very helpful.

When the live feed works, and it's much better now, it's fine. But the catch up might start spinning In the last phases of a game, and that's fecking FRUSTRATING! Also the catch up might just end, before the fecking end. And no, my broadband is good.

I had an issue with live streaming and wrote to Customers Service via email. Prompt reply and the issue is now fixed. Made a very refreshing chamge from some other companies. Well done Premier Sports and thank you.

Had problems subscribing and eventually emailed my problem. Within half an hour ‘Jennie ‘ replied and tried to help but was unable to sort my problem is passed me on to ‘Jenna’ who phoned me and walked me through my problem. Excellent service which allowed me to watch Scotland win. Above and beyond in my opinion.

NASCAR on Premier Sports is second to none, commercial free once the race starts, Live and direct feed from the USA, if the race overuns they stay until the checkers, yes, very rarely there can be feed problems but they are quickly sorted.
If and when I have had to contact customer services I have found them helpful and efficient

Scammers. They automatically renew the year policy, I call them the very same day to ask a full refund explaining that I'm not going to watch anything from them and that I will delete my account immediately. They refused to give me back the full amount and charge me for the whole year ahead!!!! I repeat it I call them 10 mins after they charged me........ What else can you say...

Premier Sports contacted me with an e-mail offer of annual subscription of £70 that I found difficult to set up. A few e-mails between Kate at customer support and myself and I was up and running on the discounted subscription.
